ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Building strength and performance on top of proper form and function – Elite Movement

My role is to provide the knowledge, training and tools to that you can use to help improve performance and increase your resistance to injury. After assessing your performance, I suggest changes to how you move providing an individualized roadmap to target performance optimisation. From my list of resources that include Athletic Therapist and Trainers I can refer you to qualified individuals that specialize in developing exercise programs and providing day to day support. Degrees in Human Kinetics and Physiotherapy that support an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychomotor behaviour with a focus on improving human function and performance. I am always available to do a reassessment that provides you with a report card on the progress you have made.

By completing an assessment of your functional movement patterns I can identify issues that are keeping you from performing at your best.
