Today a video blog introducing 3 quick exercises that I use to warm up for a run. I find that these exercises are also a great way to stretch away the tensions resulting from sitting at a desk all day or in my case, treating patients.
Remember that these are exercises that work for me personally. While they may help you as well, it is important to recognize that you may benefit from a different approach.
